Founded in Dubai in 2016 by one accountant who believed growing businesses deserved a partner, not just a filing service.

Our History

From one office in Bur Dubai to teams across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Pakistan and the UK, serving clients as far afield as Japan, the US, the UK, Australia and New Zealand.

We grew by staying close to the businesses we serve.

In 2016, Mehar Irfan was frustrated by how impersonally accounting firms treated growing businesses, so he set out to build something different: a firm where the same person who understood a client’s business also signed off on their numbers.

That approach scaled. What started as one office in Bur Dubai has grown into teams across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Pakistan and the UK, serving UAE SMEs and free zone businesses alongside international clients as far afield as Japan, the US, Australia and New Zealand.

Today, that hands-on mindset covers Audit & Assurance, Corporate Tax, VAT and Excise Tax, AML/CFT compliance, bookkeeping, CFO advisory, ERP implementation, and company setup and PRO support.

MHR is an ACCA Approved Employer and a registered DNFBP, but the credential we’re proudest of is simpler: growing businesses get a partner who picks up the phone, not a portal.
